Evaluation mechanisms:
Every year, the customers of OJI PAPÉIS ESPECIAIS undergo a technical survey in order to identify that the customer is able to stockpile, handle and convert papers in the best possible way, through a series of items to be evaluated.
Validity of certificates:
The certificates have an initial validity period of one (1) year, provided that it is fulfilling all the items of the evaluation. To discover the certificate’s validity, access here or read the QR Code that is in the letter or certificate from the company.

In other words, it is a program geared towards all customers that perform properly in the market and that constantly find themselves up against competitors that use inadequate Papers for a particular application.
Another important point is to explain to the end user that the quality of the raw material and of the chosen converter is essential for the satisfactory operation of the end product.
The certified customer is entitled to use a quality seal that attests to the authenticity of the Papers manufactured by OJI PAPÉIS ESPECIAIS.

For us to guarantee legibility, durability and whiteness, according to the original production standards, with these guaranteed by OJI PAPÉIS ESPECIAIS, the product must fulfill the following conditions:
- Avoid stockpiling and filing at relative humidity levels above 60%;
- Avoid exposing the paper to temperatures above 40°c before use and 20°c after thermal printing;
- Avoid exposing the printed paper to sunlight or fluorescent light over extensive periods of time;
- Prevent the product from coming into contact with chemicals, alcohol, oils and plasticizers, especially pvc, before and after use.
